Another gym visit!

So yesterday we went to the gym again. (lost 1 more lb! Currently i'm at 227) Last night we focused on stretching and had our measurements taken. I wasn't impressed with my measurements, but it will change.

I met my trainer briefly last night. She seems really nice, but intense at the same time. I'm really excited to have her as my trainer. She was telling me that one of her other clients had lost 10lbs in two weeks and that i could do the same as long as i am committed. I can hardly wait!

First Workout already 4 lbs lost!

So yesterday i went in for our fitness testing/workout. It was really good.

I currently weigh 228 lbs. (last weeks should have been 232lbs not 239) So either way i'm happy.

My goal for the next 3 months is to hopefully weigh 199lbs (GET UNDER THE 200 LB MARK!!!)

I am feeling really good today. not really sore at all. just a little stiff if i move in certain ways.

yesterday we also got to pick from a list of foods items that we eat on a regular basis, or things we would like to eat more of and they will put it together for a meal plan for me. comes with weekly shopping lists and everything.

My new Goal

Alright so yesterday Hank and I went over to Fitness world and signed up as members. I am really excited to get going and get my butt into shape.

I've been feeling really tired and maybe a little depressed over the last few months so we decided to go and actually do something about it.

I know that when i was younger and in shape i was pretty happy most of the time.

Hank and I both signed up for the nutrition plan, with my exception of adding in a personal trainer to help me get my butt moving.

I will be posting on here pictures of my progress as well as status updates (ie weight)

So here is my starting weight. I was weighed in yesterday there at 239lbs. I am not happy about this and could use all the encouragement i can get to help me reach my goal of 150-160 lbs. I also know this will take time. my first goal is go get under the 200lb mark.

I'm also hoping that by my going to the gym and seeing a trainer, that i can help other people with some ideas that she may give me

Anyway, Tuesday is my first day going and i will let you all know how it goes
