Finally...

So after many challenges with the gym, I have finally had my first training session. I decided to start fresh and now have a new trainer, Virginia. She is amazing!

I am feeling a little stiff today as my first appointment was yesterday. My next one is on Monday. She only wants to meet with me twice a week.

Her main focus for the next 4 weeks is going to be cardio. She is very impressed with how steady my heart rate stays when I get going. She also says that I have lots of muscle so doing weights is rather pointless until i loose some of the fat that my body is storing. So in other words, right now the goal is inches not lbs at the moment. (although lbs will be lost!!!)

I'm super excited!
